  21. Im a socialist. We should all be socialist. You talk all about camaraderie, well what do socialists refer to one another as? Comrades. Where do you think that comes from? Want male solidarity? Can't do that if our labor is not controlled by the workers and if those workers view one another as competition rather than collaborators. Unions were indispensable to the creation of the middle class and often, to successful marriages. Many men met their wives through their union colleagues. Socialism values fraternity, community and individual contribution. Literally their entire philosophy is "from each according to his contribution, to each according to his need". Sure, alot of socialists nowadays are more focused on cultural elititism. But socialism itself is dominantly about power structures and material conditions. Capitalism alienates people from their work, from their fellow man and from themselves. Capitalism killed the family. Capitalism destroyed our communities. Capitalism turned everything on it's head. Socialism, or at the very least, socialist esque policies, staved off the negative aspects of rampant free market liberal ideals. If you value the ability for men to take control over their life, they need to have control over their labor. That means being a socialist. Oh and if you genuinely believe a poor person in America has it better than a king or queen 150 years ago or whenever, you're too far gone and your mind is made of mush.

There's truth in that but Donald is a corrupt, corporate ghoul who hypocritically benefits from illegal labor, wants to further cut taxes on the rich while raising them on middle income ppl, he wants to effectively make unions illegal and doesn't have a problem with private insurance agencies controlling our healthcare because "the government has no right to our healthcare"... He's just as bad as the Democrats. Sure on immigration he's better but even when it comes to bringing jobs back domestically, he failed to save as many as Biden did... And I can't stand Biden, one of the worst presidents in history, but Biden's NLRB and FTC are not controlled by Wall Street goons like Trump's were.

  41. This isn't socialism. Socialism typically works off the motto "from each according to their ability to each according to their contribution". The fact that the women contributed less but got paid more in proportion would be considered wage theft to socialists. "We're gonna get paid the same no matter how well we do or how poor we do" that's socialism . Um... No. That's called Capitalism. I apply for a job, am given a set wage and another person who works the same job as me but doesn't put in as much effort makes the same an hour.

Don't get me wrong, I support Medicare for All and I am in fact a socialist but they don't know that, don't know what socialism even is and don't realize that communism is not the same as socialism.
