  9. While it's hard to understand what's going on, it appears the CCP drop sauce is what's triggering the sudden severe reactions. I'd be curious to know if anything similar is happening overseas in countries that extensively used the CCP drop sauce. In theory, countries like Mexico, Brazil, and Morocco bought a lot of it, but I'm not sure if people actually used it or rejected it.

  11. The rare earths are REFINED in China, and so far, nobody else wants to get into the refining business. But there's rare earths available to be mined all over the place. Refining is the catch.

  13. China is suffering big time from low T ... low trade. Even Chinese businesses have moved to other countries to do their work, so money and jobs are in short supply in China. This is likely to continue to worsen, as societies adapt fairly easily to continual growth, but stumble and fall when presented with declining growth or shrinkage.

  23. I agree, and I've been saying this for a while now. We're in WW3, or the early phase of it. As for Ukraine, we have many countries contributing to each side of that conflict. If the conflict in Ukraine was to expand the battle lines to any other country, it might be hard to contain the expansion of the fight. China has been at war with the rest of the world, including the west, for the last 30-40 years. Their Cold War never ended, and despite what they say, they are an imperialist power.

  24. It's always good to be prepared, but the PLA has so many reasons to be risk averse. If China was really pushing for a war, I could see them doing something small and isolated first, to get some experience. Like, they could decide to roll over Myanmar (even though they already control it) simply to get their forces some experience and test their hardware.

  43. US public pension funds ought to be pouring money into America, where it is needed. But this is how China operates: they bribe the gatekeepers to let them in. It's like how organized crime buys the politicians, judges, cops, and journalists ... after which, they can do whatever they want and nobody touches them and nobody says anything. Same deal with China. They buy off all of the gatekeepers, and after that they get whatever it is that they ask for, and nobody says anything about it. China's going down, and they're taking America's pension funds with them.

  48. Cyber war is just one aspect of the unrestricted warfare that China has been engaged in. Fentanyl production is another. Buying advertising with every major news service, in order to influence news coverage is another. Even the sister cities program is being used to influence politicians on the local level, to get decisions that are favorable to the CCP's plans. Also, both the CCP and Russia are buying land near western military bases.
