@mememememem2057 @Benny Kozaris. Cool Star Wars Fan is a typical dictator. Every government has its faults, but there is no alternative in China which will serve the people like the current one does. I have not seen the government use its people for its own agenda, and if that was attempted, there would be mass revolt.

What was the guys job, working on the same floor as infected people? Were infected people removed from the hotel? Does the Grand Hyatt have negative air pressure rooms? Meals are delivered to rooms and dirty trays returned, but how? Answers to these questions would fairly quickly determine how this person became infected. Unfortunately, risk management still appears rather lacking.

@kp-dr7tt the investigation of criminality is on Carnival, not NSW Health. Thus i suggest removal of the word criminal. NSW Health minister should not have released passengers until the rest results were received. That is extremely negligent! Borderforce could have exercised their right to stop the passengers disembarking, and probably have referred to matter to the Home Affairs Minister.

@vernontrickey4115 US flu figures are always fudged, an estimate but not reality. Last year as per hospital and medical records, death certificates, flu deaths in the US was actually around 16,000, with many politicians estimating 50,000 to 60,000, being quoted without foundation. Government statements of 60,000 are far from the truth.
