  17. I do not think the Russian Reserves wiil be touched by the U.S. for several reasons. The first being that laws must be created through the houses of government that can withstand any challenge, which is almost impossible. Secondly, the U.S. $ has always been seen as the safehaven currency of the world, and the impact of creation of such laws giving the government the power to confiscate anyones money as it desires will cause a serious international backlash in the world of finance, and a likely crash of the $US. This backlash can surmount to trillions of dollars, substantially more then the few billion dollars being debated about. This will amount to a no confidence vote in the Government of the US.

There is nothing positive about that, other then speculation, with the use of "if points for 2021 are deducted", which i think is unlikely without a valid reason. Points were removed from this years tournanent due to the discriminatory behaviour of the All English Tennis club, which defies contractual arrangements with the WTP and ATP. There are no reasons for deductions for 2021.

I will suggest the US Government has made a retrospective change, which in fact is not an accounting error, but alleviates the blame of the result from their shoulders. (blame the accountants). Valuation rules are not flexible, even in governance.

  41. Let me suggest this idea of War was planned a long time ago, with personnel from allied nations briefed. To validate what i am suggesting is re my home country Australia. Peter Dutton, in the position of Minister for Home affairs went to the US for a briefing, in the middle of an epidemic crisis. He returned to Australia with the virus. Shortly after that he was moved to the position of Minister for Defence. He has, along with the Australian Prime Minister, made several more trips to the White House, leading to the AUKUS announcement. However, subliminally he has been pushing the message in Australia that the country must prepare for war! One does not make such a statement without some evidence, which is being kept from the Australian people, because it is evident that America is preparing allies for war. The way i see it, the US wants this proxy war to weaken Russia, to the point where the US could move in at any time, in an attempt to take control of Russia. Feasible or not?

It is obvious that anything said to the UN by the US Anbassador to the UN, is likely to be lies (as again proven by their statement claiming Russian blockades are preventing grain shipments to the world, announced two days ago).
