@kellyhartley2693 oh ouch! That’s horrible. I feel your pain 😳🥵
2
When I was moving back to Australia from Scotland, I had to go to London to get my new Australian passport and my return flight from Glasgow to London stanstead was £32 ($40usd) which is double what I could of paid a week earlier but had to wait to confirm the flights. 😩
2
I’ve only been to a couple of those I’m gutted to say. Bondi and Mornington peninsula. Wollongong is great beach too about 40 miles south of Sydney. Wollamatta (think that’s the name) is nice too but mainly because it has a lagoon on it too with nicer warm water 🤣
2
Felt so old today, I was working with a 20 year old girl and she had never heard of Bathurst ( the town) let alone Mt Panorama 😳🤣
2
Snap on the Lockheed Martin thing, as soon as he said Lockheed the Blackbird was the first thing that came to my mind 🤣👍🏻
2
Looking good mate 👍🏻👏
2
Of the two, I’d have to Tooheys new, but I’m more a CC n Dry, or Jim beam or JD these days.
2
Senna and Rush are 2 great movies. Senna in a documentary though but both are awesome
2
When you check the Sydney temps mate, have a look at Penrith too. We are only 35 miles from the Sydney cbd but usually 5-8°C hotter 🥵 I’m not looking forward to it for sure. Currently trying to find a different job that isn’t outside working on the roads lol
2
The Dutch discovered a lot but weren’t very good At colonising lol
2
Most keepers these days I think are pretty tall, saying that there was a keeper in the 80s/90s for Glasgow Rangers was shortish. Andy Gorum was an awesome keeper and could cover some ground for a shorter guy.
2
Cheers for this video Ian, great lunch break video for me 👍🏻😊
2
@mariahewitt9787 yep I’m an Aussie, said take out so Ian knew what I was talking about right away 😉👍🏻
2
@MonstaAU yeah the UK started with the £5 in 2016-17 and i think they have a full set now.
2
The only car that has gone sun 2 mins I believe is Jenson Buttons F1 McLaren lol 👍🏻
2
I seen them tins in Woolworths today, they look awesome 👏wow that last box with the cash is awesome. I haven’t even seen the new $100 yet🤣🤣🤣 never got enough hahaha that is cool mate, you have a great channel and it’s great to see the love you all get 👍🏻
2
@SuperRoo_22 go for it mate, I don’t like the ones we use. The newer ones look much better
2
@SuperRoo_22 I’m certainly hoping so, we have lost a couple of players and good bench players but we always have too young guys waiting to come in. I’m hopefully optimistic and although I’ve been a panther all my life, I did live in the UK for a long time but been back in Australia for 4.5 years now and live 500 metres from panthers stadium 😊. Fingers crossed you get a team In the comp mate🤞🏻 yeah JT was a dagger in the heart for the cowboys when he left hey.
2
@SuperRoo_22 agreed on both counts 👍🏻
2
Would love to have gone to good wood when I live in the UK. Cars and motorcycles galore 😊 and not only have we got you saying Straya but you pronounced Jaguar right too 😉🤣👏👏👏
2
@hangman5145 yeah big time mate. I live in Australia now so not likely but never say never 🤞🏻
2
I got right in to this stuff when I started riding, there is a guy called Christian pfeiffer, he was world champion a few times. That car is a Smart coupe. Smart is owned by Mercedes. And that is a great show lol 👏👍🏻
2
Mate of mine in Scotland swears by Ritter sport chocolate. Especially the Praline one. I do like the plain one but I used to always go for Milka if it was in the shop. But I’m yet to find Milka here in Australia 😩
2
It's usually for religious reasons why people don't accept that we have been around for so long. Personally I think we lost so much knowledge about 11,600 to 12,300 years when the last ice age ended.
2
We get a lot of new ones here in Australia now, can’t say I’ve seen any older ones. Me and some mate had a Skoda 130GL that we bought to do up and sell. Not the greatest car ever built but we liked it lol and that was when I lived in Scotland.
2
Hey Ian we had a pretty decent storm here in Australia on Wednesday night. Might be some videos around you can check out. Storm front was nearly entire length of NSW and we had 320,000 lightning strikes recorded. It was pretty awesome to see.
2
Love the view at the end of the pit straight. Come up the hill all you see is track and ocean in the background. Very technical track be at its an anticlockwise track with a small straight. Spend most of your time going round a bend lol
2
English guy Ian Botham used to bat without a helmet, not sure if there were others but that’s absolutely crazy to me 😳🤣
2
Here in Sydney( I can’t speak for anywhere else) but a lot of intersections have turn left anytime with care. But will have a red arrow if the pedestrian crossing is being used. Also we have lights on both sides of the intersection I.e where you stop and across the other side.
2
We have one of those big red choppers in NSW. It’s a huge Russian chopper which I can remember the type right now, but the one we have here is called Elvis 🤣🤣 we also have a couple passenger Jets converted to water tankers at the local RAAF (royal Australian Air Force ) base in Richmond.
2
@Brocks-Travels my bad, must be thinking of something else 🤦♂️🤣
2
@Brocks-Travels ok I know why it confused me, it’s a Sikorsky , Igor Sikorsky was a Russian/American designer. I wasn’t too far off lol
2
F1 is owned by an American company now, that’s how you have 3 races now
2
Aussie rules was around before most of them sports, mid 1850s if I remember right. Welcome to a new rabbit whole 👍🏻
2
If you change the venomous animals to deadly animals, I’m sure the US would just up the list lol
2
Beat me to it with the blue car. Although it could be a VXR version 🤷🏼♂️
2
Talking about the flag Ian…. Your shirt 😉🤣🤣
2
When we had a moron in a B-double try and deliver to our worksite, he went the wrong way and ended up with his middle axles hanging over the side of cliff( sent a pic on discord a while back) the two heavy haulage recovery trucks that came were very impressive, one long nose Mack and a cab over kenworth I believe. Awesome job done by those guys for sure.
2
When I was in the UK I never shopped at tesco, occasionally sainsburys but most of the time morrisons. Also I would of thought the north east of the US would have a higher cost of living than say somewhere in the south.
2
@fluffyjojo4570 to be honest mate, the people that asked the question I can’t imagine even knew what Gaelic was lol 😂
2
I sub to this channel too, out takes are usually pretty funny 😊 this was their Sunday video, less than a week old .
2
Damn man, you left your daughter hanging bigtime there mate 🤣🤣🤣 Darrel lee have load of different products, the liquorice all sorts are nice, might be a bit on the sugary side for you but they are still worth checking out 👍🏻
2
A mate of mine got me on to rittersport chocolate in the UK and it’s premium. Very tasty indeed 👍🏻
2
Very interesting list, I seen it before as I’ve followed Ross’ channel since the week hun and his family arrived in Australia. Very dry sense of humour. He may have another few videos you may be interested in checking out 👍🏻
2
The town I live in, 35 miles west of Sydney, last summer , hit 48.9C (120.4) on that day was the hottest temp recorded in the world 😥 the currency video is called “how Australian currency changed the world”
2
Happy birthday buddy hope your having a great day mate 🎉🎂🎁👍🏻. Hopefully you can make it over for Bathurst next year. A mate of mine just got me a ticket for Supercars at Sydney Motorsport park in a couple of weeks. Can’t wait 😊
2
The childbirth one sounded like he took the numbers from another YouTube channel. He said the average is $10,000 but can go up to 30,000. So I think if the average is 10k then there has to be quite a lot around 2-3,000 mark. I don’t I’m just guessing.🤷🏼♂️
2
You done good mate 👍🏻 the animals I would have trouble remembering them all too. More quizzes would be cool mate. We can see and judge (in a lighthearted banter kind a way) your progression to near full Aussie 😉🤣
2
The mountain is pronounced kossi-os-co. And Pommy or pome is Prisoner Of Mother England 🤣. Oh we’re starting to get ads for Bathurst. Even though it’s not till October 10th (9th) where you are. 👍🏻
2
There’s a channel I watch called Black opel direct. If your interested in that kind of thing, the guy usually cuts five or 6 opals still in rock to see if he can get a gem out of them. 👍🏻 he’s in QLD Ann’s most of his opals come from lightning ridge.
