Dude I lived in Scotland for 26 years and I can say yes… Scotland doesn’t get that hot. Where I am now in Penrith, we had just below 49 a couple summers ago. And we were having multiple days in a row in the mid to high 40s. Thankfully La Niña is so far not killing us too much here 😳
2
Damn! How big are those cans? Biggest in the UK is 500ml lol
2
The mid size Mitsubishi SUV you get is the same as here, it’s called and outlander. I have a 2017 model and love it. The Pajero sport I would have if I had the money. Great car 👍🏻
2
Here in Penrith, western Sydney, we have 36°C this weekend (78°F) so yeah I think summer is gonna be a hot one. I work on the roads as a traffic controller and I’m dreading it! 🥵
2
Haha I sent the link to that to Ian on the discord a couple hours ago 🤣

The first track was the old top gear track. And the chick is Jodie Kidd ex supermodel and absolute gear head 😊 and yeah she I’ve 6 feet tall lol
2
There’s a couple of guys in the states that bring over Ute bodies from Australia and marry them to a G8 and you can register it in Indiana as a Holden Ute 👍🏻
2
I can attest to moving across the world being tough, I’ve done it 4 times lol Australia-Scotland, Scotland-Australia, Australia-Scotland and finally Scotland to Australia lol been back in Australia since 2017 and I’m going nowhere now. Apart from holidays somewhere else maybe.
2
This was the era I first remember seeing. Awesome rides those Nissans were. 😊
2
For me it currently depends on parking, so woolworths for me just now as the shopping centre where coles is, is a ball ache to get parked and there’s only a minute drive difference between them for me lol Oh and I sent the link to a new Garn video on the discord earlier 😉😊
2
Just over the 10 min mark if I remember correct 👏
2
@stephenpage-murray7226 🤣🤣
2
Hottest place on the planet that day too! 🥵 thankfully i wasn’t working that day lol
2
@durv13 yeah mine too, if I remember I had it going at 8am and it didn’t go off till the next day lol
2
@MajorMalfunction yeah totally mate 👍🏻
2
Sad day indeed when Steve died. He certainly is one of a long list of true Aussie legends 👏😊
2
The Isuzu is an MU-X . It’s a $50,000 car, well starting price is that. I need regent street to get it 😂
2
Brilliant 🤣 you should check the XXXX ads from the 80s and early 90s 👍🏻
2
@godamid4889 cheers mate 👍🏻
2
Right everything you’ve received up the point I’m watching, I think you will like but I’m gonna think the Turkish Delight might be the first think you don’t like … maybe! I love but they are an acquired taste for sure lol 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
2
Not too long ago, scientists discovered DNA matches between Australian aborigines and ancient bones from South America . Which seems to of totally fuc@ed up some of the more common theories that have been held for year about the migration of the first humans.
2
Gotta love a brabus. What could go wrong when you take an AMG Mercedes and turn it up to 11 😳🤣. The Duster is from Dacia (I believe it’s pronounced dachia ,and is Romanian).
2
I passed first time. My older brother did too but younger brother didn’t. So much pressure on him to pass and me and my older brother took the piss out of my dad as he failed first time and never sat it again. But we didn’t give my little bro any shit as someone walked out in front of him and he stopped in an intersection, so it was a fail. Out of his control though. I passed in the UK so not 💯 on australia but if you passed your test in the UK in an automatic, then you can only drive automatics. Manual you can drive both.
2
Been there once, when I was on a day out with mates on the motorbikes, it’s pretty cool, and you probably never heard of it because it’s not in London or Edinburgh 😳 the horse sculptures also in Falkirk are pretty cool too and called the Kelpies if you feel like having a look at them.
2
Damn right! I just filled my outlander an hour ago and cost me $90 and that was the cheapest servo I could find and it was with E10 🤬
2
Before the rona the hyperloop was looking awesome. I haven’t heard much about the testing that was happening in LA. Seemed great with the capability of going from LA to NYC in a 3-4 hours.
2
And next weekend too 😊 I’ll be there next week, first time since 2017. Can’t wait 😊
2
Believe it not Ian , those huntsman spiders are quite small lol the rainbow lorikeets are cool I feed them from my balcony all the time. Now and then on or 2 stop by and see if there’s any food lol most I’ve had is 17 on my balcony eating 😊
2
Nobbys do a lot of nuts, tv slogan from the 80s was “ nibble nobbys nuts, before Nobby nibbles yours “ 🤣🤣
2
@johnvender I nearly bought one but it was white a GTI I mean. Big regrets from that 😩
2
Frazer island is the biggest sand island in the world, the lake is the biggest lake on a sand island and the island in the middle is the biggest sand island on a sand island lake on a sand island. 🤣🤣🤣🇦🇺
2
By the time we built it, it would be outdated like the NBN. We need a hyperloop between the state capitals 😊
2
Couple things there blew my mind! I’m in to my photography and 5800 fps is AMAZING! Not to mention the $250,000 for a lens is tens times what I thought was a top lens 😳👍🏻
2
Yeah I had one a couple weeks back and I’m thinking I agree with this guys review. 😳
2
On the road I’ve been working on for the last 13 months (rebuilding after the floods) is now finished and the guard rail has been getting installed, which was supposed to be done in a week. Unfortunately we didn’t have these guys planning it as the guy that quoted the job , never came to look at the job. So didn’t know the road had multiple bends adding 3 days to the completion time. Really wish we had those planners 😂. Scania and MAN are both owned by the Volkswagen group. Which is news to me but I just checked it out as I was curious 👍🏻
2
Some of them sound like NASCARs to me. 🤷🏼♂️

I had a weird day back in 2008, when I was living I. Melbourne I decided I would head to beach down in the Mornington peninsula cause it was gonna be a nice 25 degree day. Turns out my brother decided to take his kids to the snow the same day. I drove just over an hour south east and drove about 1.5 hours north west lol. Same day I’m on the beach and he’s at the snow lol
1
@stephaniefairey8633 damn! That’s a horrible temp, I would cry lol
1
Seems to be the only thing Americans agree is the same between states is… the DMV is shockingly bad 😳🤣
1
Yeah I have the same reaction you do to centipedes, to cockroaches 😳 don’t get me wrong not a fan of centipedes either! But roaches freak me out lol as everyone else said, just don’t be a dick to maggies or feed them at spring time and you’ll be fine 👍🏻

When decided to move back to Australia, I had to go to London to get my passport. I flew from Glasgow to London stanstead (about an 1.25 hours) for £32 returns. That’s less than US$40 lol wasn’t to bad really as my passport was US $180 😳 also had 2hour 45 min delay on the way back which made it a long ass day for sure. Got up at 5am and got home at midnight 😳 but seen as I’ve been back home for nearly 6 years now so all worth it.
1
@BobarissGish nice places, spent 18 months working up the mountains, I miss it, I’m only up there now and again now 😩
1
Vegimite all the way lol once I found vegimite in the uk marmite never entered my head 😉🤣
1
Most chases would end like that unless the cops had prior knowledge of the suspects being armed. The chances of a firearm are small so not usually a consideration unless like I said, they had prior knowledge of a gun
1
My biggest regret when I lived in Scotland was I had the chance to buy a Peugeot 1.9GTI and passed on it to by a Proton 🤦🏼♂️ the GTI was white so I didn’t want it. Dumbass 😂
1
I had a 306 RC rally car. It was awesome 😊
1
NSW police have a few of the 300 hemis as unmarked cars too. One in particular like to patrol the great western highway up and down the blue mountains 😳 I nearly got caught out a couple weeks ago, was a few kms above the limit (going down hil😉) but thankfully my Waze sat nav told me he was around the corner lol 😇
1
I usually just use a simple rough estimate to go from Celsius to Fahrenheit. If you double the cel and add 30 that’s an approximate. Or minus 30 then half. Also there is is only 200km 124miles difference in the width and length of Australia 👍🏻
1
@IWrocker no worries 👍🏻 that’s just something I do in my head, I’d just google it to be more accurate if I needed to.
1
Fantastic guys, gotta say I do like a mint slice, but TimTams will always win for the SLAM factor lol 😂
