Meaning all with Black skin born in the U.S. are citizens of U.S. It is irrelevant where your parents are born. Mom is Canadian? She will always be Canadian unless she applies to become a resident of U.S. and takes the oath of allegiance to be a subject to that country. It works like that in ALL COUNTRIES. Your heritage is Canadian on the mothers side(however as a descendent, it is always taken from the father's side.) Mom's don't count. That is the way it is.

  26. I check out other sites; I believe it was "Ukraine today"? Ukrainians got ahold of some of "5 million shells" from NK They did a test using the 60 degree angle launcher tube. NK shells were from the time of STALIN & were rusty(improper storage) EACH shell was tested=5 out of 5 FAILURES. None shot out. That failure rate is 100%. More of a danger to the Russians conscripts. It was funny to see this "THREAT" NK sold junk to Putin. Even if 10% worked, that is 500,000 shells at most or a few hours; maybe. Many shells may just blow up the Launcher tube.

Russia never made anything. It Took what it wanted.) Its navy in the Black Sea was built by Ukrainians and Polish people. The Moskva flag ship was built by Ukraine, the Neptune Rockets were built by Ukraine too and they sunk that flag ship that Russia claimed as theirs in the Baltic Sea. . The dry dock in the Black Sea could hold 2 craft at the same time and it had a submarine and a landing ship on it(all 3 built by Poland) and taken out by a Neptune missile. Ukraine is the wasp nest.

Germany is getting their oil and gas from elsewhere...like Norway....or using Windpower to generate electricity. I thought Germany was mountainous so it has rivers flowing down the valleys so it could dam some of them and make water driven turbines(Hydro electricity). Any river can be dammed up to generate electricity. Or they could go to nuclear generation(as the concentration of nuclear fuel is like 5%) which is not hazardous at all. They have former nuclear generators and stopped using them? . The Ukrainians are tough and smarter than the average Bear(who fight like Keystone Cops) It is fortunate that they are that way.
