  1. It happened in grade school(Grade 3?). You voted on Class Clown or Queen of the Ball or Best written work(in English) or best picture drawing(Art), best play. Way before the computer age. Majority wins. That is democracy. Sure there will be other opinions, but they are the minority of voices. We learned that from the first time we voted. The losers buy a round of beers for the table and they pay for it. It is voting we all agreed to in the beginning. Welchers got pounded into the pavement with a flurry of fists if they decided to change the rules once "THEY LOST" So, we get a free beer or you get a punch in the gut(compensation for no beer from you)-satisfaction was to be had one way or the other. Ukrainians use their cell phones with facial recognition software to identify the fallen and the Ukrainians were contacting the Russian family members to either inform them of the death and where the Ukrainians buried the bodies.(in a grave in a cemetery in the Ukraine ) rather than leave the corpse out to rot in the field (as Russians were doing.) Ukrainians are not animals.

An Emergency Room physician has "Survival First Aid knowledge" and no more than that. >the Basics< . She works in the Admitting department- doing quick assessment and "SHIPS THEM" to the specialized departments. Basically works "shipper/receiver" that when necessary stabilizes the patient so they make it to the specialist. Her position is more of an administration position as an organizer/director....she is not a real physician...she works UNDER REAL DOCTORS. Am betting she IS vaccinated. She got the fancy title....all noise and no knowledge behind it. Definitely NOT a physician(real doctor). . Her "license" is Survival First Aid Training. 3 night of night school or 5 hours. It is the basic knowledge.

Now that the USSR has failed, the USSR has broken up into +15 countries no longer is Moscow their capital city. There is 15 capital cities, one for each country.. Moscow is the capital of the state called Russia. Ukraine's capital city is Kyiv.(which has been in existence since about 2500BCE. -they discovered ancient pottery shards and could Carbon date them) Moscow came into existence from some renegade homesteaders that wanted to start a new city because they didn't like Kyiv anymore so they started a new town around 900AD out of some BUSHLAND. Poland , Georgia, Romania, Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Turkey, Ukraine are all independent countries OUT OF THE USSR and some have joined NATO - so Putin's desire for the Soviet Empire will not happen for they see how POOR Russia is & how it wastes their money selling off resources off of their land...making Putin & his buddies rich.
