Siberia is long and desolated place with poorly maintained roads. 70% of being armed doesn't mean anything when there is only few hundreds living sparely across the region. Those roads used for trucks to deliver goods are highly vulnerable for any attacks. "Do you think the residents will look at it calmly?"   35. We always saw Russia as evil country. Thing is that there wasn't clear pattern when Georgian war had happened. But now with Ukraine it's obvious that Russia tries to rebuild it's lost empire. For Finland this was best timing to join since Russia failed in it's war with Ukraine, and is now too occupied with Ukraine to make military response against Finland.
