  4.  @camelopardalis84  sure, but I'll explain my thoughts with a math example: 0.9999999999 < 1 < 1.0000000001 You can say that no matter how many more 9's you add, you still have less than 1 and no matter how many more 0's you still have more than 1. Yet the more you do this the closer you get to it all being 1. The difference becomes negligible. Being further left means nothing if the distance is close to zero.

IIRC, the Olympics have some defined rules, but on top of that are going case-by-case, which seems like a good place to start. These rules can change, so there is no point in making them too lenient or too strict.
