@EnglishMike sure, but at least he admits it is a guess to begin with, you talk as if you have ultimate knowledge and can't possibly be wrong.
1
well... they were quite influential...
1
@mrpicky1868 why should the writer care? they are just doing their job. It is the reader that care, because they read on their free time.
1
@detailedgaming6039 what are you talking about???
1
@TheMrPeteChannel didn't he say in the last debate that it is happening and that co2 is contributing to it to some extent?
1
@ericgulseth74 there are maaany reasons not to like TF/his videos.
1
@ixglocTV you call it design flops, but it really isn't.
1
what reason would hey have for lying?
1
Arifin Chung why would it not be a problem?
1
probably not, as Starliner didn't even do this test. I have to say thought that I am really interested in why things are done this way.
1
@AaronCederberg not per say, but Crew Dragon and Starliner are under the same rules, so if Starliner doesn't have to do it ...
1
yes Scott, Twitter has a left wing bias in their ToS and moderation.
1
@the18thdoctor3 lol = legit opinion lad?
1
@the18thdoctor3 if you don't have an actual argument, odds are you are the one that is coping :P.
1
@the18thdoctor3 ditto
1
@Ammoniummetavanadate the guy who talks a lot about the landing stuff seems rather asian to me... also, not sure what role the indian woman had in this whole operation.
1
@Ammoniummetavanadate how would I put appropriately much into it? :)
1
I convinced myself they didn't want to puke in their suits :).
1
"never going to fly"?
1
I presume he meant from the west coast!
1
4:19 yes, yes I am going to be like that :).
1
@remliqa you don't consider the SmallSat Rideshare somewhat same market?
1
@remliqa so now you say they DO compete in the same market? I.e. SpaceX is coming for RocketLab's lunch. Not sure why you are opposed to that framing of he situation. I am just thoroughly confused about what your objective is, and wonder why you seem to come in with an attitude.
1
oh wow, only thought this was a thought experiment!
1
Hayley was pure Kerbal during launch as well :).
1
??? Who are you talking to?
1
@Xavier1... Countdown: Inspiration4 Mission To Space
1
@nemo-x hm, Scott doesn't agree with you?
1
yea I have no idea where it was shown, but I found it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7HD2YCRIoN4
1
@jmw1500 sure, but I am quite sure I can spot a few people who are worse than me.
1
? What about the other space agencies of the world?
1
@sgg "Huh? Of course both types of accidents are real, no one said one wasn't." romaneeconti021 specifically said they aren't: "There have been no real nuclear accidents since the 1960s. Only man-made accidents. "
1
romaneeconti02 you are arguing against yourself. It is due to the human factors that modern nuclear power plants are made safer, so that human operators can't create such an accident.
1
romaneeconti02 that is what I am saying. Since you can't fully trust human operators, you have to put your trust in the engineering. You should look up "the principle of charity".
1
romaneeconti02 "engineering is infallible." ?
1
smelled like anecdotal evidence to me...
1
10:40 "It's a metaphor for something" xD.
1
oh he did? Anything specifically interesting? :)
1
@vladimirdyuzhev why so much focus on the US?
1
Ballast Bill :D. Well, there goes my chances as well :P.
1
wow, that was different. I love it!
1
6:11 can't be much more American than this?
1
was that engine issues?
1
@saxus Scott was talking about engine reliability though.
1
@gandritaskull your concerns seems exaggerated.
1
@44R0Ndin as soon as someone starts ranting about "SpaceX fanboys", they lose the argument.
1
I would love that as well.
1
@jesusmora9379 don't bet money on it.
1
@jesusmora9379 that isn't the same thing as it exploding.
1
that would never be the case as the orbit is so close to the surface. At the most absolute insanely exaggerated wooooorst case scenario, we could not send anything up in 5 years. As far as I know :).
