Certainly of some concern but China's reliance on the West to produce the high end semi conductors that utilize those materials will have the net result of cutting their own throats. They'll be disrupting the supply chain closer to the source. China won't be able to innovate its way out of the hole its digging once their access to stealing technology is severely curtailed.

Just like the supposed Chinese Communist party of today. Pensions are paid into by employees. Healthcare IS NOT provided by the state, nor is housing subsidized.
