I'm thinking that avoiding the Philippines, most majority Muslim countries, many African countries & a lot of Eastern Europe will be some of the advice, as well as being careful as to which Latin American countries you visit. I suspect sticking to Canada, Western Europe, Australia & New Zealand with a few outlier countries in every region will be th advice.
