@m0wfo but UK citizenship comes with the right of abode in those dependencies, much like Irish citizenship comes with freedom of movement in the EU and the CTA. My understanding is the Cape Verde is part of a freedom of movement regime in West Africa amongst 15 member nations, which has had varied degrees of usefulness for citizens of various countries, not to mention the access they might have as s college graduate to Caricom's free movement regime and the OECS free movement regime with their various Caribbean citizenships. The only way to further increase free movement for the record holder greatly that I could think of would be citizenship in a Mercusor country.
