  3. He is a US citizen. He can go to the US if he wants. He could also renounce if he wants. He has a lot of options. There is an above average chance that as he became Antiguan as a result of his parent's actions, he could claim German citizenship as well when he becomes an adult.

  4. Cayman Islands works for that as does BVI and so long as you only hold equities you can do so with reduced substance requirements. Labuan doesn't work badly in that scenario either.
