If the NATO leaders actually support freedom & democracy as they claim & not merely the bottom line of their arms industries they should talk with Zelenskyy and confirm their commitment to an agreement to provide Asylum in the NATO member country of their choice to all Russian soldiers who peaceably surrender to the Ukrainian forces. They should airdrop Leaflets and smart phones connected to video of the NATO leaders making the offer. With an Army made mostly of conscripts and 75% of the forces in Ukraine, most of them would surrender within a week and Putin would be deposed shortly thereafter. Of course that is just my take as someone who has been paying attention to what the Russian people have said on video here on YouTube for the last decade. This is entirely Putin's war and his support is an inch deep in Russia. Having said that the war mongers of the west will never make that offer it's bad for their weapons manufacturers and their own people might get the idea that their governments should be replaced with ones that actually answer to the people as well.
