If you have a couple of million dollars in the bank or stocks, or bonds, or crypto & you can document your assets and you have a passport that gets you into Europe visa-free and if you have a residence just about anywhere, so long as you aren't a felon or a citizen of a nation the west is at war with or defacto at war with in essence, and you are not a criminal, the odds of you not being able to get a tourist visa to visit Canada, Australia, the United States or New Zealand seems pretty slim to me if those countries are following their laws which they usually do. I mean given how the US has treated some visitors from ESTA countries during Covid, I think getting the 10 year B1/B2 visa is probably the better idea.
