  1. I'll believe that the bought & paid for neoliberal Democrats will raise taxes just as soon as the paleoconservative Republicans raise taxes & pay the debt. Neither bought & paid for party has raised taxes EXCEPT on workers in my 44 years of life. I mean this literally, only the social security & Medicare tax which have traditionally been a tax on earned income were raised in 1982 & 2009.
