  1. Jimmy is not likely to leave the US & he is not tax averse at all. He typically grosses up his prizes to pay the tax for the winners of his contests or his outright largess. Jimmy is also not likely to ever sell his company. He may spin off businesses built from the marketing he provides them which creates independent value for his subsidiaries, but he is not going to surrender control over his central enterprise. This is only a tax problem in your mind.
