  1. I mean Alex is running a business that for the most part buys $10 million companies or at least buys into them, grows them to $50 or $100 million companies and then sells out. If he doesn't think Act 60 in Puerto Rico with a 0% rate on his capital gains until the middle of the next decade or a 0% rate by leaving the US altogether and becoming St Kittian while his Aquisition company is operating in the Cayman Islands or Guernsey, or Jersey, or Dubai with a 0% rate on those same capital gains and he is living in one or several of the countries that would allow him to treat that holding company as a non-CFC and/or pay a 0% capital gains rate where he is then living saves him money that is worth the cost of moving, he is not someone whose business advice I would give much creadence.
