  1. If you have your own company as an American some of the provisions for cross border transfers of personnel under NAFTA were retained under it's replacement treaty to make immigration more accessible.

  2. At this point there are a lot of provinces in Canada where the taxes are lower than the US.

  3.  @TheRoyL  Alberta has reduced their tax rate a lot & depending on where you fall on the income scale literally every province could have a lower tax rate than most US states.

  4. With potential insurrections being thwarted in Michigan today & similar nonsense brewing nationally, refugee status for Americans fleeing to Canada may be available in the near future.
