Honestly given the plain language of the 14th amendment & the current court's emphasis on plain meaning, I fully expect a case to come before the court in the near future holding that not only can Americans including those who fraudulently naturalized to be stripped of their citizenship, but to take it a step further and hold that they cannot renounce their citizenship and repatriating all of those who have much like Argentina disallows expatriation.
