Torontonian here, spent two days in Edmonton back in 2023 on the way to NWT, YT and Alaska road trip, other than exploring West Edmonton Mall (pretty cool!), lowest gas prices in the entire Canada and visiting the Provincial Govt Building with the Best Canadian Premier, nothing else to do in that VERY winter cold city! See you again this summer part of a second road trip to Alaska!

Cargo: Alaska exports all its natural resources to Mainland US via Ports of Anchorage and Valdez w/o any need to use Canada's territory! Passengers: Alaska Hwy, Dawson Creek BC to Delta Junction AK, June to Sept full of Mainland US American-plate vehicles going to or returning from Alaska! Been there, back in summer 2023 drove my personal vehicle from Toronto to Yukon and Alaska!

As soon as POTUS signed the 25% steel and aluminum tariffs EO, still in the Oval Office an Aussie journalist asked the President if Australia will receive an exemption and President replied with YES as Australia has bought lots of American-made planes and therefore USA has a trade surplus with the Down-Under country! So no tariffs on Australian products exported into USA! Canada, IF you don't want these tariffs, Liberal Govt MUST offer the President something that he'll be hard to say NO especially purchasing American-made military equipment or allowing American banks to open retail branches in Canada or no more dairy supply management so Wisconsin dairy farmers will be able to sell their products at competitive prices, Canadian consumers will benefit as well! As Prof Ian Lee always stated on City News, retaliatory tariffs will make things even worse!
