  25.  @Sam19509  Been living in Toronto for 30+ years and Scarboro some 25 years (before amalgamation), no idea what Scarborough riding you're talking about is now a swing one, any URBAN riding with more than half new Canadians from third-word countries (90% of all immigrants for the past at least two decades) that riding will always be Liberal and sometimes NDP. That's it! Reason: CHAIN MIGRATION! In my case, I'll vote CPC in one of the Advance voting days, Sept 10, 11, 12 or 13.
