  15. None at all. They are not employing large numbers of Mexicans in Mexico nor killing them by the thousands every day. They don't block emigration from Mexico either. The real reason not as many migrate there is that there are better opportunities in other parts of the USA with a cheaper cost of living.

Russia is barely able to absorb a fraction of Eastern Ukraine. It is already militarily and economically exhausted.   40. Yes, spot on regarding Spanish. I am one of those gringos who speaks Spanish fluently, but have limited technical knowledge of the language. However, let's be honest, if these facilities will be located in Mexico, there are plenty of bilingual Mexicans who already have the technical knowledge. Would also add that becoming fluent in Spanish is more involved than just taking some classes in highschool. You will need to really immerse yourself by spending time in country with native speakers.

  49. The countries that border the Baltic Sea are important to the USA. Singapore is important. The Philippines is important as well since they are directly in the passage between Singapore and the Northeast Asian powers. The Philippines is one of the few countries that REALLy likes Americans.
