  3. Advice from an older person than this guy.... He still has lots to learn. Although he might not realise it. Just listen to your elders, both men and women who are intelligent and switched on (so.... not all older people by any stretch of the imagination) but the wise ones who have learned life's lessons.... listen to them. You'll argue with them and think they don't know what they're talking about - the arrogance of youth - but listen to them and at least consider what they have to say. Doing that might just save you some time, energy and heartache.

  4. 2:24:19 WRONG, WRONG, WRONG Each area has its own police authority with individual Crime Commissioners and Chiefs of Police. It's very much NOT one force. The thinking isn't joined up across divisions. It's better than it was but it's still not ideal.
