Now, can you also stipulate there is no other evidence showing he or his family is involved in massive criminal activity? Again, Tucker has the hardrive and hasn't disclosed any evidence, correct? If others want to say there is additional criminal activity that would be simply conjecture and wishful thinking at this time?
