  1.  @Morbitz_TS  The CCP is superior only in one aspect, silencing complaints of the Chinese people and stealing wealth from the Chinese people. Ironically China’s economy is now slowing down, trillions of dollars are wasted on frivolous projects like Xiongan City that nobody lives in. Xi’s ego is costing the Chinese economy trillions. And Taiwan is its own country — it was never ruled by the CCP and never will be ruled by the CCP.

  4. Authoritarian communist societies never last long because it is a society that promotes “might makes right” instead of “rule of law”. It creates a society where the politically strong, influential, and wealthy people preys on the weak instead of a society governed by the rule of law. Ironically in communist societies in their overzealous zeal to create a class less society tends to create one that is unequal, devoid of compassion and predatory.

  7. Basically the CCP has pigeonholed themselves into this “zero-covid” policy which is ridiculous. Had they transitioned into “live with covid” before all the brouhaha about it then nobody would blame them but instead they screwed themselves. Now if they switch then it would be a tacit admission that “zero covid” policy has failed miserably and the Chinese people basically suffered unnecessarily for nothing. I bet they blame all the COVID cases on foreign athletes after the 2022 Winter olympics.

Basically it sums up as the CCP is basically an organized criminal enterprise setup by a few privileged Chinese communist leaders to serve themselves and their comrades using the entire Chinese people as their slaves. In order for the China to have truly equitable and prosperous society requires they get rid of the CCP and institute an open democratic "market economy" society with rule of law.

Xi’s policies are continuing to wreck PRC institutions and international norms and going wolf warrior diplomacy is actually galvanizing and strengthening NATO and other US alliances in East Asia. 10 more years of Xi the Chinese people will be ready to burn down the CCP themselves. I’m watching the economic data from China, youth unemployment (age between 18 - 25) the prime job seeking age is now 25% basically 1 in 4 fresh college graduates are jobless or has no stable job. The CCP collapsing might give rise to an actual better China in the long run.

  11. To get rich in China involved dealing with the CCP. The CCP is basically a gangster organization masquerading as the "government" of China. As anyone knows people who tangle with gangsters tend to have short lives unless you are at the top of the food chain. For short, amassing covert or overt power is pretty much an imperative if you don't want to be gobbled up by a bigger fish or slaughtered like a pig.

I agree the CCP has basically gutted traditional Chinese moral values such as kindness, compassion, benevolence, justice, etc. It replaced those with lust for materialism, money, violence, and power. Communism isn’t even originating from China but rather from Germany via Russia. What the CCP has is Leninist style Marxism which is an all or nothing system that destroys basic human values and turns society into a selfish totalitarian state where the party/state elites controls everything even the very lives of its people. The people are reduced to nothing except mere cogs of the state party apparatus.

  16. When I studied PRC history I always find it ironic the CCP under Mao Zedong murdered the most number of their fellow communists. It is estimated as many as 3-5 million Chinese (many of them fellow communists) was murdered by Mao Zedong's Red Guards during political purges. That's not even counting the 15-40 million who died to starvation during the great famine of China in 1958-1961.

  17. Believe me. Nobody will say it to his face but there are many whispering in the dark that says Xi is as dumb as a rock. He is utterly merciless, keeps grudges and politically savvy just like Qin Shih Huang. Those are traits that prospers under the CCP system and that allowed him to get as far as he did. When a state rewards the loyal and punishes the wise then you know that state is beyond saving. It will collapse sooner or later. This has happened numerous times in China before. That is why they are saying the CCP is yet another Chinese dynasty on the verge of collapse. They once said the Qing dynasty will never collapse but in the end it still did.

  30. False. The US replenishes it’s labor force thru immigration. Yes the birth rate in the US is low at 1.8 but immigration allows companies to replace retiring workers with immigrant workers so it is like as if the US maintains a rate of 2.0+. In fact by 2100 China’s population will be reduced to 485 million while the US will have about 425 million (relatively stable).

Even the poorest American makes $12,000 a year. China’s economy is a debt fueled economy. US debt is 160% of it’s GDP but China is over 300% debt of it’s GDP. Superior model my ass. The CCP economy is a scam that will soon collapse into a stinking heap.

  36. There is no saving Evergrande. 4 out of 5 top real estate companies in China are under financial distress. If they save one, many will demand that they be saved too. The government doesn’t have the financial capacity to save all of them. As one geopolitical analyst puts it “the western governments views wealth as a morale and societal good, the Chinese government government views wealth as a political good.” What this means is the PRC doesn’t care about making good financial decisions as long as the outcome net them political benefits. It doesn’t mean the PRC government totally does not care about financial well being of the country, they care because when people’s lives are negatively affected they tend to rise up against the regime and social and civil unrest happens. This is why the PRC has so many financial scandals caused by short sight decisions that often has decades long implications.

Just got news today the Kazakh's Nazarbayev/Tokayev regime killed dozens of protesters and are requesting Russian troops to assist in quelling the revolt by their people. If Kazakhstan is embroiled in civil war China can kiss BRI by rail to Europe goodbye. Anti-Putin and anti-CCP sentiment in Kazakhstan is at an all time high and getting worst. Since Kazakhstan and Xinjiang (East Turkistan) shares a 1000 mile border it's definitely possible things can spill over.

Elon Musk only makes money thru government subsidies. When California said oh we won’t subsidize your Tesla production anymore he moves his HQ to Texas to avoid paying taxes. Why do you think Tesla created a gigafactory in China ? The CCP government gave him massive multi billion dollar subsidies on land and taxes (those cost money to the Chinese tax payers). Just wait and see, once the CCP pull their subsidies Tesla will pull out faster than you can blink.

Ask yourself why is vegetables now more expensive than pork? Why is coal more expensive than food? Why is Xi trying to raise tension in the Taiwan strait ? All of these means his regime is feeling very uneasy not confident. He knows he cannot induce confidence in his rule thru the economy (because China is suffering from stagflation now). So now he is trying Chinese ultranationalism just like Mussolini and Hitler. This is because during 30 years of China’s economic boom — trillions are wasted on ostentatious projects by the Jiang CCP faction. Now all that money is gone — 2012 is when China’s economy started slowing down and the upcoming demographic collapse. Why do you think phenomenon like “laying flat” is happening ? The Chinese people feel hopeless. Xi cannot do anything to save the economy from collapse. All he can do is tighten the reigns. I read in the news the other day, they have further limited USD withdrawal from Chinese banks from $15,000 to $10,000 per year. The CCP is running out of money to run the country.

Remember they still have about 1.2 million homes yet to be delivered and a debt of over $300 billion in bonds. The ones screwed won't be Evergrande's boss, the ones screwed will be the suppliers and downline businesses Evergrande owes money to and the 1.2 million home buyers where their life savings went up in smoke. The CCP allowed this shit to happen.

  47.  @Morbitz_TS  Its not even propaganda, its common sense. Think, where did all the money go ? Who is backing Evergrande from 1996 - 2018 ? They took the money from the people for a future home. All that money were paid out to share holders many are CCP officials who are in on the scam and they approved everything Evergrande did. They already took their money years or decades ago. Now people are looking for homes they paid for years ago but Evergrande did not build anything. It's so simple. Evergrande boss colluded with the Jiang CCP faction and other Chinese oligarchs, the authoritarian system did not allow such malfeasance to be reported to the public until it is too late. All of this is happened because of the corruption of the CCP.

Chang Kai Shek was a shitty leader, Mao Zedong was an even worst shitty leader. Main difference is Taiwanese stop idolizing Chang while CCP still loves Mao Zedong.
