  9. first - when mcconnell and the GOP refused to honor obama's constitutional right to fill a vacant supreme court seat THEY committed a CRIME! there's nothing in the constitution that gives them the authority to do that. so, if another justice is illegally seated during trump's first term the appointments will be illegal and thus invalid and the GOP will owe the democrats two supreme court seats. one - for denying obamas nominee a vote and 2 - for fraudulently claiming they would something they had no intention of doing. the reality is - in america at least - politicians are given carte blanch to commit crimes at will. they ALL commit fraud during their campaigns by making promises they have no intention of keeping. THAT'S FRAUD and a contractual violation. campaign promises are in FACT verbal contracts and, BY LAW, must be honored. and then once they're elected they take bribes, make secret deals and do whatever the elite want them to do. our so-called govt is run by criminals for the benefit of criminals. and right now we have some of the worst criminals in history as president, AG and senate majority leader. REALITY - the constitution doesn't allow hypocrisy, fraud or applications that circumvent or violate it. REALITY - WE HAVE NO MEANS TO ENFORCE THE CONSTITUTION! its enforcement by politicians is COMPLETELY voluntary. there's no criminal penalty for its violation. there's NO statutory penalty for violating the LAW OF THE LAND! this is what happens when you put criminals in charge of making and enforcing the laws. when it benefits them, they'll enforce the laws. otherwise they'll just say and do whatever is the most convenient and pragmatic at any given time. like ALL the elite, the word of a politician is meaningless and not to be believed.
