@captain_context9991 ... you got that right. garland, biden's ag, just threw out 3 lawsuits claiming trump violated the emoluments clause. they claim that since trump's no longer "president" the issue is moot. the DOJ has already defended many of trump's claims of "executive privilege." we have to ask, just what the hell's going on here? historically speaking, the dems have allowed GOP crimes to go unpunished over the last 50 years. they let nixon and reagan get away with their crimes. they actually helped bush jr commit his crimes. and now, it appears, THIS DEM PRESIDENT is more concerned with maintaining secrecy at the highest levels of govt than holding a highly criminal "president" accountable for his 100's of crimes while in office. many dems, like biden and garland, are doing just as much to protect trump as the GOP IS! we have to DESTROY these false and illegal notions of "executive privilege" and hiding crimes under the claim of "national security." most dems, it seems, are FINALLY ready to actually enforce the law. but with their "leader" unwilling to procede it'll be very difficult.

"what a country. what a culture" indeed. i end a lot of my comments with the phrase - "isn't capitalism great?" i think that applies here as well. the rich are EXEMPT from the law! and sometimes its how the law is written but usually its due to lack of a desire to enforce the law against the rich. all the rich have to do, as trump demonstrates over and over, is file countless counter suits and nuisance suits to delay justice, indefinitely, and to drain their opponents of all funds to pursue their cases. also the existance and use of "non-disclosure agreements" is just another scam to hide crimes and corruption. they're illegal and have NO basis in LAW! they actually violate the basis of law by silencing free speach, freedom of action and by covering up the truth. the same holds for SECRET out of court settlements. yet the courts continue to enforce these coerced "agreements" all over the country. what strikes me are the gullible, lower class morons who actually BELIEVE billionaire trump represents them or their intersets. the shere idiocy of the trump cult just boggles the mind. and scares THE HELL out of me!

q-anon is a fascist movement intent upon installing a fascist regime in the u. s. trump just happened to the most convenient fasciast at hand to represent this goal. a similar cult rose around reagan. but reagan didn't have his fascist nuts using the internet to spread all those lies about him. so, q-anon knows trump ain't nothing special. he just happened to be there. also trump's history of fraud, corruption and megalomania made him the PERFECT beneficiary of q-anon's nonsensical heroic myth. just like the q-anon nuts who aren't smart enough to know their beliefs are based upon q-anon lies, today's fascists reject the word "fascist" while embracing all its principles and tactics. many of today's fascists don't even know they're fascist. they REFUSE to admit to it and accuse their accusers of being fascist. projection, deflection, gas-lighting, astro-turfing, firehosing, intimidation and violence are ALL classic fascist tactics used by neo-fascists and q-anon nuts alike.
