  1. we DON'T need hate-crime or anti-lynching laws! we have TOO MANY laws as it is and the ones that protect our rights routinely go unenforced! what we need is the MANDATORY enforcement of the laws that protect us from murder, hate and assault and battery! we need to arrest, prosecute and imprison the cops and D. A.'s that break these laws or refuse to enforce them.

  4. that's a sad reality is it not? maybe we should concentrate on educating people in empathy and ethics. most of us are taught to be kind when we're kids but unfortunately our "adult" society isn't based on the golden rule. we MUST first create a society that DOESN'T reward apathy, cruelty and greed.
