  1. there's of course another corporate advantage of moving American companies to foreign countries BESIDES just immediate monetary profit. and that's the corporate takeover of foreign govts. once the American, or ANY neo-liberal, profiteers gain a foothold in your country they begin to buy politicians, corrupt the election process and BUY and corrupt the govt to the corporations advantage and control. that's precisely what happened the U. S. American corporations have been corrupting central and south American politics and govts for over a 100n years. the problems in Venezuela are the result of a country trying to END that corporate takeover. the so-called "petrodollar" and the oil industry in the middle east and north Africa is another example of this. Russia, china, india and Israel have ALL invited this American invasion of their countries and their govts and societies now embrace American corporatism.
