  1. i credit hartman with being, not the first, but the ONLY person to teach me about the "2 santa claus theory" first proposed Jude Wanniski in 1976. thanks thom! its clear as day that this a strategy used by the GOP since Reagan. the GOP is perpetrating a FRAUD on the American people. and the dems NEVER talk about it! this needs to be brought up by EVERY dem political candidate who proposes national health care, tax funded education for life, a livable wage and universal basic income! WHY DON'T THEY EVER TALK ABOUT IT?
