trump should be arrested for obstruction of justice concerning the mueller probe and for misappropriation of funds when he stole money allocated to the military to build his wall. trump could be brought up on charges RIGHT NOW for 100 hundred crimes while in the white house. why hasn't he? you can still charge him with other crimes later. but when you have half of the politicians in congress who belong to a major political party that despises law and order, the rule of law and the equal application of the law, justice becomes impossible UNLESS you bring down that entire corrupt, rogue party!
