I think that implies congress can put general restrictions on supreme court authority - not to exempt any specific law from the courts constitutional purpose as the third "check and balance" of govt power. if what you're saying was the case EVERY law would just have attached to it an automatic rider preventing judicial review completely eliminating all court involvement in the govt. also, the constitution is ignored on a regular basis. the law forbidding ex post facto is ignored altogether and the bill of rights are enforced only when its convenient to do so. the reality is - the U.S. has become a lawless society, the elite in business and govt can pretty much do whatever they want. laws are enforced just for show and spectacle.

  3. another disturbing fact is that during the 2007-08 financial crisis, that the elite caused, they not only avoided prison for they're crimes they were REWARDED for they're crimes with the biggest govt welfare scam in U.S. history. while the rest of us suffered through this crisis the elite GOT RICHER! the govt used tax payer dollars to bailout the criminals and make them EVEN richer. in other countries at least some of perpetrators were prosecuted and saw prison time. but NOT in the U. S. here, we reward fraud liars and thieves. why? these liars and thieves fund the political campaigns if our politicians! so while the elite DEMAND that welfare programs be dismantled that help the lower classes THEY DEMAND and receive MASSIVE welfare programs for themselves. the elite are truly sociopaths and psychopaths and MUST be removed from their domination of our species!

WRONG! the greatest period of American economic growth began during the Reagan era to the present! and ALL that growth went into the pockets and bank accounts of the elite! elitist and corporate taxes, business restrictions, labor rights and the middle class have decreased DRASTICALLY during that time meanwhile poverty, homelessness, the prison populations property values, inflation and mortality rates have ALL exploded! what fascists call economic prosperity is in realty economic disaster for the vast majority of americans. lets see. what's the figures? income for the top 10% has increased 500 times since Reagan while everyone else's income has remained stagnate. 40% of americans can't afford to pay a $500 emergency. the 10 richest Americans have more wealth than the lower 40% of all americans COMBINED! you're confusing economic booms with MASS economic SLAVERY, THEFT and FRAUD!

  6. standard of living has dropped dramatically for EVERYONE except the elite. we have the highest rate of poverty, homelessness, incarceration and infant and mother mortality than any "western nation" and its on par with many 3rd world countries. and china has always been capitalist. for india and china to adopt a more commercial and materialistic economy than they had before has only increased their wage and debt slavery. it hasn't improved the standard of living; just increased pollution, corruption greed and more wealth at the expense of the lower classes. JUST LIKE THE U.S.!

  7. +breaking... I disagree with your analysis. also, i'm not a leftist. i'm an equalist. I accept the fact the left is wrong on some issues but economics isn't among those issues. ALL citizens have the human right to live without the economic stresses and corruption produced by greed and materialism. people aren't better off. they're worse off as never before and its my intent to WAKE UP the people to take a stand against the fascism being promoted by BOTH sides. both sides are being led by a predatory elite who keeps us divided and fighting each other while they, the elite, sit back and reap the benefits of those divisions they, themselves, create and perpetuate. that's equalism - a philosophy I founded. the left and right have MUCH more in common than they have differences. once we realized THIS reality we can UNITE to fix this mess the elite had made for us.

  10. what you have from this fascist view of the relationship between govt and business ISN"T that the govt shouldn't be involved in business but that a big govt MUST be used to enforce business domination of society. in other words; its not big govt fascists are opposed to but its how that govt is used that's important. and fascists believe the govt should be used to benefit the elite; to the elite's advantage and domination of society.

  11. trump isn't president yet he's been allowed to select 2 supreme court justices in less than 17 months! kinda makes you think maybe trump's appointment to the white house was planned all along. OH WAIT! it was! either the elite fixed it for trump to be allowed to pretend to be president before he announced his so-called campaign, or it was decided after. but its obvious as hell that the elite chose the trumpster to be placed into the white house LONG BEFORE the primaries and the election! by the way; since trump isn't the legal president ALL the actions he takes, including all court appointees, are illegal, non-binding and invalid!
