+becky… i'm afraid dr mcnasty was living up to his name. he was using insult level sarcasm to agree with you. unfortunately it missed its mark and just came off as rude and mean spirited. of course you're right becky. since Reagan opened the flood gates to laissez fair economics the oligarchic corporatocracy has been firmly established in the U. S, and its gone to the wolves, predators and money-thugs. if it doesn't make rich people richer it just get done in the America Reagan created.

I live in affordable housing in california and its basically a joke. (I have to admit though its better than nothing.) the problem is property values are ALL out of whack and extremely and artificially INFLATED. this is a national problem. high property values cause hyper inflation across the board and just make the rich richer. you see, the rents for affordable housing are based upon the property value of the housing involved. all it does id offer the elite even more tax breaks for providing housing below the market value the rents would otherwise be based upon.

actually the govt could LOWER taxes for the lower classes and easily achieve economic sanity in the U.S. all they need do is quit kowtowing to the elite and force them to give back to society 60-65% of the wealth they stole from it. NOBODY needs, earned or deserves a billion dollars or a $100 million for that matter. they acquired that wealth through overcharging consumers, underpaying employees, manipulating investment markets and tax breaks and govt contracts and subsidies. just make these thieves return the money they stole from the rest of us and American AND world poverty would be a thing of the past.

sure would be nice to hear from someone new every once in a while. the left and tight are completely stagnant; just regurgitating the same only ideas from the same old people who's ideas failed decades and even centuries ago. its tome for a REVOLUTION of thought and equalism is THAT REVOLUTION. its completely new and unique but all these self proclaimed "leaders" on both sides have MONOPOLIZED the conversation and actively censor new ways to see the world and resolve problems. these people ARN'T offering anything new - just same mistakes that's been repeated ad nauseum OVER AND OVER! HELP ME! tell these people you DEMAND to hear NEW IDEAS for once. FEMAND I BE ALLOWED TO SPEAK!
