thanks to Susan-Jane Brown, her org and others like them. the question is why is our "legal" system upside down? why can govt and corporations do as they please UNTIL or UNLESS they're challenged in court. it should go the other way. the govt and corporations should FIRST go through and ask permission of the courts BEFORE they decide to break the law. every time a govt adm or agency wants to do something that alters or defies current law they need to access the courts for review and approval. not to allow them to do as they please until they're challenged or get caught. and this is further aggravated by the govt and corporate attempts to break the law in SECRET without public review or input. capitalism works upside down. lastly, why isn't criminal prosecution an option to be used against these criminals? these govt agencies and corporations get away with crime after crime. at most they MIGHT be fined. but more often they're just told to STOP without any fear of criminal repercussions. these are just a couple of reasons, among 1000's, why we MUST abolish this undemocratic, profiteering and environmentally destructive capitalist system!
