  1. whistleblowers are great when their listened to and aren't persecuted. remember Snowden was a whistleblower and look what happened to him. most whistleblowers wind up out of a job or in prison - OR worse. who knows what happens to the ones we NEVER hear about. secrecy has NO place in a democracy OR republic. loyalty to ANYTHING other than the constitution AND the American people, their freedom and their RIGHT to know, is in fact fascism and we've had fascism here in the U. S. for many years. oligarchies, elitist privilege and fascism are ALL the same thing!

I just read an article where the far right media has already initiated their campaign to discover the whistleblower's identity and start a smear and terror campaign against the person. on many pro-trump, fascist websites they've already commenced making unfounded accusations against many different people. THESE PEOPLE ARE TRULY SICK AND TWISTED! just like their cult hero trump.

ALSO, ordering people to defy subpoenas is witness tampering. telling them what they can and cannot say in their testimony is witness tampering. and the whole idea behind "executive privilege," which ISN'T in the constitution or mentioned in any federal law, is just a means to allow presidents (TRUMP, IN FACT, IS NOT PRESIDENT, the mueller probe proved that, but he occupies the white house anyway) to cover their crimes under a veil of secrecy. secrecy has NO place in a democracy OR republic. loyalty to ANYTHING other than the constitution AND the American people, their freedom and their RIGHT to know, is in fact fascism and we've had fascism here in the U.
