Yeah stock buybacks and dividends should be illegal, if they are making too much money and don't know what to do with it they should give it to their employees.

Another great video! Google is trying hard to crush the channel but you guys keep putting out great work.

People still have to eat, even if they don't have the money currently. And our society literally runs on debt. Do you own a home? Did you pay for it with cash? If not then why are you spending money you don't have? What about your car? Maybe your employer is doing some "corporate restructuring" and you got fired for no reason and can't find a job now because they were all shipped to China. Now you got no health insurance either, what if you got sick? Should you not get cancer treatment because you don't have the money?

Yeah, many older people retired and some died of covid or other things, and there are simply not as many young people to replace them since the old boomer generation is like twice as big as the millennials. The decline in population numbers was always going to catch up but covid made it catch up all at once. Plus the job numbers are bs. Most companies are always "hiring" but never actually hire people, many places just always leave job listings up even if they aren't actually hiring. Some just have quotas for things like low wage job turnover rates which make it seem like they are creating new jobs. And the unemployment numbers are bs too since they literally only count people that are receiving unemployment benefits which obviously most people who got let go aren't able to collect. All the economic numbers are total bs created by bankers to further their control over the population. Just look at how inflation is calculated after they changed it back in the 80's (I think it was the 80's), makes no sense now. They can literally substitute cheaper things that are not even related to make inflation look lower.

These financial mobsters along with their sycophants in government have systematically corrupted and destroyed every single facet of life that made America in the first place. The mob didn't go away, they simple realized that they could operate legally and make more money with less risk.
4
They ain't appealing to us as consumers and peasants. They just need to make it compelling for "investors".
4
@vshah1010 Used games DO have a high profit margin. Stop defending our overlords.
4
@pajeetsingh They can pump as much water out of the ground (and therefore underground aquifers) as they want without having to pay for it. And those aquifers take tens of thousands of years to refill and are draining quickly.
4
This is the stuff people actually care about. Working for one of the biggest "defense" contractors in the world and only making $13.50 is just criminal.
4
We live under insanity.
4
I really don't understand the need billionaires have for making everyone else suffer and the world a worse place. You're already a billionaire, can't you just buy another yacht and go have fun and leave society alone?
4
@ggjr61 Not if everybody has the same government insurance. The politicians would never get rid of their own coverage even to spite the poor.
4
Maybe try taxing their dividends as well (although that would probably have to be a federal thing). They make an extra 100 billion and still raise the price just cause they can.
4
Hospitals are for-profit too, fyi, arguably more ruthless considering the purposely low levels of nurses kept employed to "cut costs".
4
You must have missed the part about record margins. That's a non-debatable fact for you. Supply chain price increases are temporary and even if they weren't there still the record margins.... you don't get increased/record margins without increasing prices beyond what your cost of production are.
4
@brucefrykman8295 Ah yes, the common republican line of "if everything were more expensive it would be cheaper".
4
Yeah, I try to sign up for a few things as possible now because once I signed up for a subscription service called Thrive and not only was it more difficult than necessary to end the subscription but they also decided to reactivate my subscription without my knowledge or permission months later and resumed billing me, and then it's "sorry we will cancel it again within 60 days and hopefully you will get a refund". And that was easy compared to closing a bank account. I once tried to close a Bank of America account cause all their bank locations left the whole state basically and it was a repeating nightmare, like groundhog day. I had to physically go in and reclose it 3 times and they kept telling me I had fees each time since I didn't have the minimum balance. Yeah you SOB's that cause I already closed it three F'ing times! You basically have to call your credit card company and tell them your card was stolen if you want to get out of a subscription nowadays.
4
Yes you are right. Lets just give all our money to billionaires and hope they are benevolent enough to allow us to live.
4
If there are no penalties for union busing then it's not really illegal is it? There are never any consequences for corporations.
4
Yeah BOA are thieves. I tried to close my account there a few years ago because all the BOA's in the area were closing. I went in closed the account, paid the closing fee and left. Then I got a bill in the mail saying I was being charged fees for not keeping enough money in my account. So I went back, complained, closed the account again and had to pay the fees. Then I got another fucking letter saying I owed more for not having money in the account. Then I had to go back again and yell at them until they waived the fees and actually closed the account. Fuck banks!
4
@chaserofthelight1737 I believe he ended up getting 9 billion (or close to it) from the government cause he cried hard enough.
4
United Corporations of America strike again.

Great video! Man, this channel gets crushed by the algorithm, must be on the youtube blacklist for supporting workers.
3
This would be like asking Trump to not commit fraud, or even worse, go outside without his orange makeup. You know it ain't gunna happen.
3
Dang, we're right back in 1908 fighting for basic human rights while the capitalists buy their 14th yacht and couldn't count their money in a lifetime.
3
Remember that Kellogs owns like 30 other brands as well. They've made it so that boycotting them takes a lot of homework and dedication. It's a hidden monopoly.
3
@monsieurdorgat6864 It's not always about physically winning. Public perception and international attention go a long way towards causes. And especially if you can destabilize things in a way that scares capital (and foreign capital) away, that would change everything overnight. These are some of the major goals that contributed to ending apartheid in South Africa in the 90's.
3
We all need the union days to come back otherwise we are toast as a country. It'll look like Arcane or something.
3
When are these ceo's and executives going to face criminal charges for their criminal actions?
3
They need this to be for both state and federal all in one! Sick of being held hostage by big business!
3
Without any criminal charges there is no incentive for Kroger to accurately pay their workers. Why pay them what they are owed when you can just cheat them and then make THEM do the extra work of sorting it out every week. This is exactly how health insurance works too. A significant number of claims are denied due to nonsense or "system errors" and then it's up to the individual or the doctor to catch it and go through the work of appealing (or double or triple appealing) within the tiny timeframe allowed in order to actually get it paid correctly. Also the insurance company can take 30-60 days to process a claim so if the timeframe is only 6 months and you have to get it reprocessed and appeal like 4 times to get it right.... well, you betting be on it the day it comes back cause the insurance company just be sitting on it running out the clock.

Love More Perfect Union!
3
Shoplifting $5 worth of food for your baby and you go to jail and get a record. Steal millions from your own employees and you get praised and rewarded for "saving" the company money on it's balance sheet.
3
This should be a Netflix show. Villains of the US.
3
Yeah Milton Friedman was evil.
3
It's criminal what these app owners are doing.
3
Getting run over by a plane.... okay found a new worst way to die I guess.
3
Exactly!
3
The US is an absolute dystopian hellhole.

Letting foreign government kill American journalists is Trumps version of America first. That's a shocking response even for Trump to admit. Wow.
2
The United Corporations of America need to be stopped.
2
@fridajaspers6066 He's obviously being satirical.
2
That's such a good book. I'm reading it right now actually but I'm only about half way through so far.
2
How is it not illegal to charge your employees to work there? This is some straight up indentured servitude stuff. $30/paycheck for food even if you don't order or eat there?!!!!!
2
Private Equity is a scourge on the earth. A virus worse than the Black Death.
2
Yes but we don't have a democracy we have an oligarchy. You have to win from within in this system that's why besides Bernie Sanders there isn't a single independent candidate anywhere with any power to affect change.
2
Even Sports Illustrated went under. If hot girls in bikinis aren't even profitable something is wrong. It is terrifying how much power facebook and google have over the curation and dictation of what information we are allowed to see and who is allowed to have a voice.
2
These greedy corporations make more and more each year and expect to pay their workers less and cut all their benefits and take away their lives?! These executives deserve the French resolution.
2
Didn't there used to be a law against cruel and unusual punishment? One would think killing 30,000 people a year by dangling the cure in front of their faces and saying they can't afford to live is pretty cruel. Perhaps not unusual though.

Artists should start a Spotify boycott and create their own platform!
