People obviously have the right to expect tax payer funded services like public news channels don't publish content in a language that only a small minority uses. You are even too dense to figure out what the problem with subtitles is after it has now been explained to you multiple times: subtitles aren't readable on smartphones and people often listen to news content while doing other tasks.
