  3. Not in the quantities required. Most people typically need 4,000 IU/day as a minimum. You will see endless comments recommending mushrooms, eggs etc. but if you do the calculations the quantities needed are totally impractical and very expensive.

  18. Ok, so an expert in the field expressed a concern about a possible side effect of the Pfizer vaccine. That isn’t rumour, it’s fact. It seems unlikely to me, but it’s a perfectly valid concern. Also Pfizer allegedly have a dodgy historical record in these matters. If I was a woman, wanting children, below 30, with no comorbidities, that would put me at very low risk from the bug. I’m not sure I’d risk the vaccine, but that would be my personal choice, not a recommendation. If I’d already had the bug with complete recovery, I’d definitely refuse.
