What did you miss?… The WaPo is owned by Jeff Bezos.

@smallhabibidecisions9649 It’s hard to keep track, they keep reducing the claim. The lowest I’ve seen is 100, I’ve also seen claims for 500+. Whatever the number actually is, I’m just surprised we haven’t seen any evidence. Given all the doubts flying around about Lucid, if I was CEO and producing ?? cars a day, I’d video their production and delivery, followed by interviews with the new owners.

Reality check: Powerwalls currently can’t supply electricity beyond the local transformer (typically around 1,000 houses or less). But that’s probably enough to arbitrage the peaks.
2
The origin of ‘Grok’ is the sci-fi book ‘Stranger in a Strange Land’ by Robert Heinlein who also wrote other novels featuring AIs and sentient computers.

Shell are fitting chargers into streetlights.

Thanks Captain Obvious

Elon has gone on record saying the production of the factory is related to the total volume of it. If we look at the volume and production of Shanghai compared to the finished volume of Texas, what does that tell us?
2
@FutureAzA SMR has just refinanced his property portfolio in order to buy more TSLA.
2
It means everything else was taken 🤣
2
The current dojo is generally thought to be at a similar level of compute to the human brain. 10x that should be enough to theoretically achieve whatever they want. Also bear in mind that they can always build more than one.
2
It’s part of his persona. It’s much less aggressive than a shaved head.
2
@bikshamtg3777 Please provide your best example of Musk ‘lying’. Or admit you’re utterly clueless.
2
Rich people don’t get rich by being stupid.
2
To be fair, the exhaust from ICE is no longer ‘toxic’ because we now fit expensive catalytic converters containing rare elements that need regular replacement and are a great source of revenue for thieves 🤣
2
I think Elon has read Heinlein’s ‘The Moon is a Harsh Mistress’. In it the Lunar Colony’s central computer first shows its sentience by telling jokes.
2
Optimus is likely to be both faster and bigger than Robotaxis.
2
@briankearn6991 Musk doesn’t remotely care about the share price and has repeatedly and publicly stated it’s overvalued.
2
@briankearn6991 The share price (now) has zero impact on Tesla activities, they have the cash flow to self-fund their future developments. You’re clueless.

01:13 What did Giuliani do to make him a ‘monster’ ?
2
LFPs don’t contain nickel

The problem for GM with Ultium was the fire risk of the pouch cells, the original concept seemed pretty good to me. Elon warned the world of the danger of pouch cells in a tweet on September 2021, GM chose to ignore him 🙄
2
@nordlandak6853 EVs are 3-5x more efficient regardless of the source of the electricity.
2
A Starlink IPO is dependent on a reliable Starship because it reduces the launch costs by around 10x and enables the full V2 platform.
2
Solar panels on a van make no sense at all, you’re better putting them on your house.
2
I live near Mildenhall (a USAF base in the U.K.) and I see F-150s all the time.
2
It’s actually twenty years from the date of filing the application, but you’re essentially correct in that they will have expired by now.
2
@FutureAzA The study is ‘Carbon footprint report Volvo C40 Recharge’. On reviewing it again, it’s 110,000 Km for their ‘C40 Recharge’ with a ‘Global electricity mix’ and compared to their XC40 ICE. (Page 26). The report itself looks excellent, the problem is people quoting it out of context and then being misquoted by others, plus summarising a 50+ page report into a single line.
2
Coming next… …an inflatable Tesla? (They did it with tanks in WW2).
2
If the bottleneck in production is the giga press casting speed, and that’s fully operational first, then arguably the building doesn’t need to be finished to be productive.
2
Petrol (gasoline) is considered so dangerous (correctly) that many countries have strict legal limits on the amounts you’re allowed to store and what you store it in.
2
WHEN Optimus pans out.
2
It could have been worse… …originally the school teacher was going to be ‘Big Bird’.
2
Bizarrely I got a Volvo ad with this video that doesn’t even bother to show any cars (“Don’t Stop Me Now”), but it was ‘stunning and brave’ so that’s alright then 😂
2
@billcichoke2534 It was a portable DVD player, playing a DVD doesn’t need an internet connection. Your lies/ignorance knows no bounds.
2
They showcased it as an idea, I don’t believe it ever went any further. It’s a bad idea that is progressively getting worse as charging becomes quicker.
2
A common argument about Robotaxis is what happens if someone throws up in one (like people don’t do that already?). The Robotaxis could have stainless INTERIORS… …then you just hose it out.
2
The 40 mile range/day is in optimum conditions, most users worldwide will be lucky to get 10. (But it is pretty).
2
@timboatfield Ok, thanks for that.
2
Agreed, but to augment their fleet they are also likely to recruit Tesla owners.
2
Pre-warm the car?
2
Elon has had ten children but tragically the first one died.
2
Seems to me that you’re the person with the immature attitude.
2
A cheaper EV designed for primarily a single person with the capacity for an occasional passenger in tandem is an obvious form factor given today’s demographics.
1
India is the obvious location for the ‘model-1’ at $15k.
1
I don’t understand the argument that the reason was shortage of batteries. How is selling 50,000 Electric Explorers any worse than selling 50,000 Mach-Es ? Yes, I understand that the demand would have been much greater, but why is unfulfilled demand a problem?
1
@FutureAzA Ok thanks, I can see that now, but wouldn’t that argument also apply to the F-150 even worse?
1
@machoopichoo2 I’m not most people.

Obviously it won’t happen, but it would be hilarious if SpaceX refused to launch any more Kuiper satellites.
