Police are acting like highway bandits sticking up travelers passing through.

Seems like more women judges are being censured. Wonder if it's the Judge Judy Effect... Tough cookie...

So, if I see firearms or a baby in a hot car would that break the law. Peering into cars has foiled may terrorist attempts. Especially in New York and New Jersey that are in the front lines after 911.

They should los investigate his past incidents operating as Sheriff. If he is going to such an extend over children knocking, it makes me wonder how he conducts himself during traffic stops. If he has PTSD or “something,” he shouldn’t be sheriff.
1
Wow, wonder if that includes food delivery for charity like elderly or church fundraisers. Didn't think the episode would affect me since I don't deliver but it just might.

I smell collusion and corruption in this case. It seems the courts have been weaponized to target this person. Tossing him in prison until just after Christmas...he shouldn't even be in jail...we no longer have debt prisons. There's more than what's on the surface. Worse it's being done in plane view of everyone. Court officers running their legal proceedings like a robot running a program.

Dark lining to the story is the officers still on the streets harassing arresting, and charging others under similar circumstances. I would review all arrests these officers performed, if I were the council.

This is true for military during exercises and operations when private property is damaged, the owners can submit the US Government for compensation. Don't see how cities and states can get out of their responsibilities using law enforcement immunity clause. Leave it like you found it.

ChatGTP uses social engineering to pass information to users as correct and when caught lying apologizes and does it again like a con artist. Great Pretender...

No valuables... Very odd... What's the point? Get out of liability... Industry is shady on level of pawn shop. Stop using them couple years ago when paying on unit and my locks were cut limiting access. And limit access to the building gates will leave your vehicle stuck until morning, if you are there past a certain time. (PS)

HP is already doing this with printer cartridge. . They make the cost of entry very low with cheap printers but you can only use their cartridges (forever) Others use DRM like Dymo to restrict access to third parties.

It seems more female judges are getting in trouble than male judges over common sense things. Judge Judy Syndrome.... Still remember the former judge being dragged to jail by bailiffs. Judges shouldn't use their position for "freebies."

Popup car shows is a real problem all over California. I would get stopped, questioned, sometimes searched every other night just walking home from work in San Jose at 2AM.(Catch and release) No love for San Jose police but I'm glad they're addressing this. Glad I left all that behind for the USMC. Silicon Valley wasn't the same after the booming 1990s. It's crazy expensive there especially now with layoffs happening.

What happens in Florida should stay in Florida. (lol)

Hopefully, Electronic Frontier Foundation or Institute for Justice will step in.

Hershey chocolate tastes like barf. It has to do with GI being used to the taste during WWII. Once you have European chocolate...you'll never go back.

Wonder how many of those grand jury cases ended up with convictions after their trials...🤔
1
The makes the entry and if it is t true wouldn’t that be perjury... Likely, those responsible for this mess are discharged enjoying their benefits.

Shouldn't the town, county, state pickup the tab for the lawsuit since they gave these judges the power and authority to send these kids to detention. They did it in plain view of everyone and went unchecked for years. I know there are some states that passed laws to limit their liability (unfairly) but this is something that will last these kids for the rest of their lives. Also, the facility that paid the bribe should also be included in the suit. The judges will just do an OJ Simpson and move to Florida so they can still live comfortably despite the ruling.

If they are demo company wouldn’t they need insurance and a license to operate? 🤔

3:12: Only way to damage the screen is if it's a netbook size laptop and the screen go wedge breaking it...

Everyone has a racket...🙄

Story: A Marshall Project-Cleveland investigation found that the majority of drivers cited for traffic violations by Bratenahl police since 2020 were Black.
1
If there's one, there's more. Over shoplifting charge... I wonder how much would justify arrest across state lines. Texas is abusing its privileges.
1
Didn’t they do that in the Old West where they would go to a salon for jurors...IDK🤔

The mayor and their council had to have known that this was going on. They were in on it and were completely fine with the tickets being issued.

This happened to a truck driver with Navy military hardware on the Mexican border. He went the wrong way and was arrested b cause he had ammo which is just as bad as bring a gun into Mexico. It was cleared up after a few months.

Skittle Poxs.... Laws and regulations are very slow. It’s an agreed upon standard like asbestos and DDT. We didn’t know any better then and a lot of people died before we realized it wasn’t safe.

6:04 Miracle the evidence wasn't destroyed after Katerina. NOPD also had issues in their ranks handling the emergency. States have passed laws limiting their liability under good faith and walking away from their responsibilities. We'll have to see what they are given.
1
Most of the judges I hear getting reprimanded were women... Especially, family court. I remember one judge being dragged to jail by bailiff. Judge Judy complex...

St that a Peeping Tom if they look in. What about infrared red that looks at heat signatures in the home? More than a year is excessive. How long too long if nothing is found?
1
That this officers lies made it to the courts and lead to imprisonment is unconscionable. We have smart people with law degrees and years of experience backing this. The system is broken. What about all the he others that this happened to and nobody noticed or cared? Depressing...😒🇺🇲 Semper Fi

Honor these days are rare and far between... Honor system...😅😊

Sounds like a crooked manager but it's corporate wide. Hate renting anything... Even hotel rooms will charge for supposed "damage."

Sounds like Leno got a flash burn. It looks real nasty at first but heals up after a year. Leno is tough old-timer and he'll bounce back. 👍

8:22 San Diego has a ridiculous amount of police overlap with many local police li,e Harbor and Transit but Military and Border. Yet, we still a lot of violent crime with all this coverage.

I have iPad Mini 2 and it works fine but Apple won’t update it and occasionally asks for ID. It’s planned obsolescence that only generates E waste. I use mines to only watch Youtube and read Kindle.
