  3. I think we put too much focus on ‘preventing’. In order to prevent some of these things you need a highly controlling government, something which, anyone who lives under one, can tell you is no fun to put it lightly. Instead we can simply personally prepare for worse times. Like growing our own food without pesticides, living away from the ‘packed sardines’, growing herbs. This is much more empowering than cowering in your city home from a virus. Stop putting the responsibility in the hands of people you don’t like nor trust. Take up that responsibility yourself if you want change in YOUR life.
