  2. I recently read of a retired federal Judge who stated, "Jury trials are becoming a thing of the past". I think I will take his word for that, partly because he is a retired Judge with no reason to speak untruth about it that I can think of, and because this Bannon testimony here reminded me of it.

I firmly believe in individualism because I know we all have a unique brain that can reason if practiced. I know we have to be free from force to be able to think and act in our natural pursuit to figure out reality in our universe, and prosper with the free market that free minds originally built. Your individual freedom is just not yours. It belongs to every individual who lives. When any individual, loses their freedom in a court of law, we all lost that freedom in that court of law. I love to use a real example of Preston Thomas Tucker, who tried to make a beete4r automobile after WW2, (and he did it), and was not allowed to compete by unjust law in a unjust court. Nobody had tried to make a car since,---with out seeking government subsidies for the kind of car government wants you to drive. With every court case that had denied the rights of the individual in that case,----you lost those rights too. You just may not recognize if from your couch.

  6. @Johnny Appleseed Wrong, they will get a job with the state, as that will be all they can do, and the state loves to hire people like that. Even in elected positions, the state party system has more control of the school boards than we do, or that lady would not be there with a very valid complaint. Look who they hired. If you have poor or no values, you will do what ever you are told for a buck. "Progress" would call that, "The top qualification".

  10. Do you want government to be our baby sitter after they shipped our factories of freedom to communism and dumbed down our education match, science and reading? It seems to me the best way to help people is not to sabotage them in the first place. One thing we do not understand, (and it is easy to understand), is the more advanced a free society is, the or the citizenry has to be able to "think". When ever you see a homeless person, or even a 20 some year old on a skate board, (unless he is skating to engineering college), you need to say to your friends, "Look what the progressive movement did to us and our neighbors.".

  11. Doctors mostly are state "workers" today, (they serve the state before they serve you), and usually have no idea what a free enterprise system is suppose to be. But nobody else in Washington or the media, or any of you do either.

  19. As long as we have individual liberty, (some), as citizens to do business together, then we become prosperous and friends. We as citizens, would never use the economy as a weapon like governments do. The free market was made by free people, for free people. Government's are suppose to protect our liberty to do business with each other, so we can trade money instead of blood.

  24. What you should be doing, is suing your schools for getting political. I am 60, and I sure don't remember kids being political (a hand full running for class president maybe.) at all. We were to busy thinking of what we wanted to be when we grew up in a more free society. It is the dictatorship that brings politics into grade schools, and you have no idea what you beg for. Looks like you will be one of the last to figure it out if you do.

From what I have learned, our elected has been catering to communism in china ever since we helped the communists beat the Nationalists, (freedom loving party), by arming the communists to win their long and intermittent civil war in the late 40's. The rest, like giving communism our free enterprise system, and teaching our own kids from communism, is history we lived through. There is no reason for surprise.

  27. I am with you, but I take it much deeper to the rights of a human being. Because it is human to think as individuals, (the basis for the founding of the USA), we do have the right to use our own "reasoning" as we live our way though life, and have the right to act on our own reasoning. I will not give up my ability to reason to these dysfunctional people, or my right to live based on my own rational judgement as a thinking human being. This is a matter of being human or not. I am also not responsible for the health of another person, who also can "reason" for them selves if practiced. The only thing we as human beings in the USA need to be able to reason in reality,---is truth.

The guy does not know the difference between individual liberty protected by law, (he is a lawyer), and that free enterprise belongs to the citizenry because they had the freedom to create it in the USA, (When we were called the Land of Opportunity). He comes from a broken family, he only worked for the state and became an indoctrinated progressive lawyer, and for his experience in "free enterprise" he joined an investor who also thinks that our free enterprise is compatible with communism, (as all economists teach). One bad thing about president Trump? He does not know how to pick them. And that makes all the difference in the world. Human freedom will not be accomplished with all the picks that have been put before us for all of our lives, by this 2-party system. Those results are in folks and we are living them.   37. For those of us (many), who don't know what a "chad" is, we have no idea what the slang means, so we have no idea what you said. Communication outside of the"slang circle", is lost,---unintelligible, like clicks and grunts. :) Stay away from "slang" if you have a point to make to others. Slang may be fun/cool in the circles that know what it means, but it is terrible for communication with others,----------------and we need to know what the other is saying, or we stay divided and confused.

  39. Natural law did not come from God. If you believe that you will never get anybody outside of your church to agree, (very divisive). Our rights did not come from God either, and is very divisive to say so, (which is why it is said). What God did give us was a brain that can reason, (if practiced), to figure out reality, and we figured out the natural law of man, based on the brain of the individual, to be free to think and achieve,---and we formed the USA based on individual liberty protected by law and free people creating their free enterprise system. I stopped listening to this guy several years ago. I thought he was sharp at one time, but he is "just another one.". He has no problem mixing our free enterprise with communism either, and we have lost that compromise, like we always do against evil.

But sadly, by the looks of the comments to your post,---too many people don't know what a crime against their liberty is. Rand and Snowden were right with this comment,-----and because we are so confused about what a crime is, we now have no chance for proper justice that protects our liberty.
