  6. Hi Andy. I had the same issue over one year ago when Octopus told me my monthly payments would increase to £450 but that would help me by spreading my payments out over the next year to cover any increases (customers preferred this apparently), and any excess would be reimbursed at the end of the year. As I knew that prices we re going through the roof I initially accepted, but after reflecting on it I became more peed off. I went to their website to try to alter my monthly payments but that option was blocked and there was no phone number given to speak to anyone. I then cancelled my D/D and waited. They soon contacted me and I told them that I was not willing to pay that ridiculous monthly amount and I would pay £165 per month and no more. That was accepted and now I pay that amount in one off payments each month. But why should I pay an excessive monthly amount so they can hold MY money when I can pay a reduced rate and hold THEIR money instead? They can't do anything about it because I am making payments. Stuff them!!

  7.  @echo005uk  New to this LOL!! Yeah right. Fyi I began my journey in 2006. I don't 'fear' anything least of all governments, hence my username. Tell them I am moving? And what happens when they say it will make no difference as they'll be fitting one anyway? You think that will stop them? Really? A year and and half ain't long but glad you eventually woke up.

  46.  @wishfix  It would appear that way, but police could arrest the person for Criminal Damage (if any is caused), but damage in one form or another will happen unfortunately. Also, that person is not the sole owner so it wouldn't be a good idea. But If someone gets away with it then great.
