  48. I unfortunately had to move back the the South East from Dorset 4 years ago and I guessed that the ULEZ would eventually expand and the LEZ too, out to the M25 boundary. Looks like I am being proved right. Good job I am outside it now, but who know what they will be doing in a few years time.
