I really have been targeted by them in many respects. You are absolutely correct about any deterrent, they will normally move on and I know that because I have asked them.

  2. I was in Waitrose the other day and ALL the steak was covered with a white screen!! So I would have to ask a member of staff if I could find one to open it and they stand there while I selected my steak. I walked away. They'll be saying next that people are no longer buying meat.

  48. That isn't impersonating a police officer. Also it is not illegal for 'civilians' to drive police vehicles. Mechanics and garage hands can drive them although with response cars the police signs should be covered up but mostly they aren't. It's called 'ferrying'.
