Fires megawatt lasers at any angle and is LITERALLY invisible to ANY detection system. See? Claims are easy. It's just talk. Or typing. Stay tuned for my next creation.   34. 2 things 1: diplomacy: the profession, activity, or skill of managing international relations ergo any "kinetic" action IS diplomacy. Using kinetic is just trying to be clever. 2. Cost-exchange ratio is stupid unless it factors in the damage that was avoided by shooting down the weapon. I'd argue that that is ALWAYS cost effective. Otherwise why even develop anything to shoot down weapons? 🙄
