The owner should be criminally prosecuted and never allowed to own animals again. Also it says she only got one of the three animals she wanted. I wonder why. I'm very relieved to hear it's shut down. I don't think petting zoos should be allowed.

  6. Police are really evil. Are you telling me in Brooklyn there are no animal shelters that rescued animals are taken to? People please understand this people- I know this might sound disturbing to some of you who have lived a more protected and sheltered life, but 98 out of every 100 police officers is a raging psychopath. There would be literally no reason to just kill this sweet dog. Please don't think police officers are your friends or the good guys. 99 times out of 100 they're not. Especially the ones that roam the street. These are EVIL depraved cruel people with no feelings, no heart, & no soul. They're sociopaths. I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news this morning but I feel compelled to be honest right now. These are bad people. These are FILTH. I'm not saying a few decent and I'm not saying we don't need emergency responders and special investigators. We DO need a minimum amount of those two professions I will grant. But the ones who roam the street and in this case the ones who responded, there was NO moral justification for being willing to put this dog down without even calling ONE single animal shelter to see if they had space to take another rescue dog. So people PLEASE just understand who you're dealing with. The VAST majority of police should be fired a LOT of them belong in prison. I'm not being overdramatic. Take it from someone who knows. I'm not trying to be Debbie Downer I just think awareness is the best gift somebody could give someone. It doesn't change the beautiful nature of the story but if I could plant a seed of awareness in some of you guys then I feel like I did my job. Just know that these people don't have hearts and the vast majority of them don't have consciences, ESPECIALLY in New York city. Especially in the big city and sometimes even outside of it. Their next step should have been taking the dog to a shelter. This isn't rocket science. Notice how he didn't hesitate to say they were going to have to kill it. PLEASE reconsider your suspicion for the defunding and the abolishment of the street police movement. These are people who are just as easily SHOOT you without a second thought, even when you pose no threat or assault you even when it was in no way justified or shoot your own dog. These are PSYCHOPATHS. Stonehearted irresponsible BARBARIANS. They should be FIRED and never be given a position of public responsibility again and all of those wasted billions should be shifted to DESPERATELY needed social needs. Now some of you may have already tuned me out but those who haven't, please look into this issue more. PLEASE don't let Fox News do your thinking for you. Just because they wear a uniform doesn't mean they're the good guys. At some time in the near future please reconsider what I've said. I understand that this incident required police involvement, but they always show their true colors sooner or later. A trustworthy public servant would have IMMEDIATELY contacted a qualified Animal shelter and made arrangements to transport that animal. Instead they IMMEDIATELY moved to violence. I understand sometimes euthanasia has to be done but in this case they did it out of convenience. That's the kind of people you're dealing with. They are SO dangerous because they are so lazy and because they crave violence. they literally crave violence because they are evil in their hearts. They are sociopaths. They see a helpless innocent victim in a sweet helpless animal and they immediately think " I don't want to deal with this". Even though their job description is to try to save life whenever possible and that doesn't mean just human life. Do you think they care? Even though they're on the clock, they could have had a whole shift ahead of them, but what's the easiest solution for a barbarian in this situation? Put the dog down. Kill it. VIOLENCE. Take life not save it. So PLEASE people understand that the ANIMALS in Blue ONLY serve themselves and they are PREDATORS. The vast majority are not good and if you care about your safety and the health of our entire society you'll want to abolish Street police ENTIRELY and only deal with essential emergency responders. Even those guys aren't always the good guys but it's a hell of a lot better than dealing with a violent cruel evil unstable unhinged army that roams the street looking for victims. Just the fact these Pigs immediately thought they would rather kill the sweet precious animal then try to help it should tell you everything you need to know about the total moral bankruptcy of the NYPD. If anything I said today has served to open the eyes of even one reader I consider myself blessed and successful in the attempt of spreading awareness this fine Thursday morning.   8. Adventure Cats are more precious than gold! I recently had a chance to spend time with one for a time and it brought so much joy into my life. She did a lot of things that Mr. L does other than skiing or going to the lake cuz we didn't have time for that, but they loved the outside and would ride around on the car dash. It was a great time.

  12. God bless people who rescue animals, that's all I have to say. I noticed Ozzy had a collar on him from his previous owners. So if they intentionally dumped him in this place I wish they could see this video because dogs are not wild animals they don't know how to hunt. So when you're dumping a dog you're essentially leaving it to starve to death and that's going to take weeks if not a month or two. I really wish people would think a lot harder just about how they see animals in general. Just because they cannot speak doesn't mean they aren't sensitive, that they don't have feelings, and that they aren't aware. A good rule of thumb is if you wouldn't do it to yourself or someone you care about- please don't do it to an animal! Human beings in general need to evolve. There's no excuse for neglect or mistreatment of any animal. If we wouldn't like it, regarding certain treatment, I can guarantee the animal wouldn't like it either.

  13. It would have been great if he just rescued her and took her to the local humane society, but he went further and took her in himself. He even had a trap ready to go. What a hero!! Let's be as prepared as this animal hero, people! All it takes is some food and a trap! And just like that- this baby has a whole new home and family! (We can do this with people too- I'm not kidding. I have temporarily adopted homeless people before. If you're someone who's comfortable reaching out, please do. You're making a massive difference just by showing you care).

Companion animals want and deserve love. You are incapable of love. You are too selfish.   31. I know that area she was living in is a poor area and residents have their own struggles but it's so hard seeing an animal be so neglected. I just wish someone at some point could have adopted her before she got to this point. At least now everything will be different.

I'm ok with hunting farms, where the animals has plenty of space to roam and escape if necessary, with the presumption that all the meat will be used, but not a small fenced-in area. Anyone needing that kind of an activity is probably a sociopath, with no respect for life. Shooting a defenseless animal while it's confined is shameful and dishonorable. The hunters who do that should hate themselves. A hunter with morals would never need to use an unfair advantage against their target, and he would value special species, such as wolves, as the incredible creatures they are. It is a small pathethic dickless ignorant worthless slime of a man that needs to kill something special to feel like a tough guy. Shame on all of them. All corraled hunting should be banned, no exceptions.
